Girl Meets World

girl-meets-world-disney-poster-clean(1)__oPt

Hey guys, it’s me Parker again. For todays post I’m doing something a little bit different. On Disney Channel there has been some commercials for a new show called Girl Meets World. It’s a sequel to an older show called Boy Meets World.

I’m excited to see it because I’ve been watching the reruns (of Boy Meets World) they’ve been showing on the Disney Channel. I’m also excited because I saw Sabrina Carpenter who plays Maya on the new show while at Disneyland for a conference with my mom.

The new show airs on June 27th. So, are you excited to see it?

Windows on Main Street U.S.A.

One of the things I wanted to pay attention to on this trip, were all the windows on Main Street U.S.A. If you didn’t know, the windows honor people important to the parks and Disney. One of my favorites is Richard and Robert Sherman’s window.

I recently watched (affiliate link) The Boys: The Sherman Brothers Story a documentary about the Sherman Brothers. It really taught me some new things about them. In the film I learned that every Friday Walt Disney would ask them to “play the song”. He wanted them to play “Feed the Birds” from Mary Poppins.

Some of my other favorite windows are for Mary Blair and Tony Baxter. What is your favorite window?

I’m Back!

I am ready to dive in to this blog and the world of social media (with the help of my Mom) full force. I was really sad coming home from Disneyland last night and my mom told me the best way to stay positive was to write on my blog, make goals and think about all the fun I had.

So I’ll be posting photos, videos, news and my thoughts on all things Disney! Are you ready?!

Seen, Un-seen Disneyland: Review

Today i’m going to be doing a review about a new book I got. It’s called Seen, Un-seen Disneyland.

FutureImagineerbookreview-1

A while ago I read about the cats at Disneyland and was excited to actually see pictures of them in this book.  My favorite part was that it shows lots of pictures of Hidden Mickeys in Disneyland. This is a great book for people who would like to know about all about cool little known things in Disneyland. I recommend this book for big Disney fans!
